Ambassadors
Mission: The mission of the Ambassadors Committee is to aid the Membership department in welcoming new members, retaining existing members, and to support the mission of the Petaluma Area Chamber. Members represent a diverse group of business owners, managers and agents of their organization.

Ambassadors may attend the annual California Ambassadors Rally and periodically, the group selects a member to be featured in the Ambassador Profile column in the Petaluma Business to introduce the membership to current Ambassadors. This group meets once a month to review upcoming events and act as the hosts for events such as:
- Business After Hours Network mixers
- Chamber Luncheon Series
- Community Awards of Excellence
- Business Expo
- 5th Tuesday Lunch Mob events

VICKI CASAUS
After joining PACC in January 2015, Vicki began to attend events
to seek networking opportunities. She was welcomed with open
arms by Chamber Ambassadors who encouraged her to become an
Ambassador.
With 30 years of experience as a Manager for
First Interstate Bank and West America Bank,
Vicki expanded her career in Financial Services in 2014 and became a life insurance Agent with New York Life Insurance Company and is a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC, a Licensed Insurance Agency (2235 Mercury Way, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95407), CA Insurance License # 0A65507.
She is authorized to offer products to AARP members through New York Life and she is dedicated to assisting families help achieve financial security.

ESTHER SCHAU
Esther has served as an Ambassador with the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce for several years. She enjoys meeting Petaluma business owners and their employees, as well as, other Chamber members during the Business After Hours. After retiring from the U. S. Army, Esther studied Travel Management and is working as an agent with Sonoma Travel, 725 East Washington Street, Petaluma. She is the current President of the Petaluma Woman’s Club and a Past President of the American Association of University Women, Petaluma Branch.

KATHLEEN STAFFORD
Kathleen is a Sonoma, Napa and Marin County-based Realtor with Vanguard Properties who can guide buyers and sellers alike to achieve the best outcome for their future. Her warm and friendly approach, matched with well-earned confidence and expertise, serves her well in negotiations, closings, and more. After two decades in relationship banking, Kathleen opened up the Eastside Petaluma restaurant Pongo’s Kitchen & Tap and gained essential experience not just in entrepreneurship but also in supporting her town by hosting Dine & Donates and many charitable and fundraising events. Her position as a co-chair of the Ambassador committee for the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce helps her stay tapped into the local area as a liaison with businesses and the community. Kathleen's experience in conflict management and an RCS-D™ Designation as a Collaboration Specialist in Divorce helps her stay attuned to her client's needs with great sensitivity and discretion during their big life transitions. This exemplifies the type of service Kathleen brings to her clients: people-focused and community-minded!
